1. Who these terms are with
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of services from Translatesens S.L. ("Translatesens", "we", "us"), C. Jacaranda, 29651 Las Lagunas de Mijas, Málaga, Spain, CIF B29876543, through translatesens.com. By placing an order, you ("the client") accept these terms.
2. Services and prices
We sell sworn/certified translation, legal, medical and technical translation, business and website localisation, interpreting, transcription and subtitling, and proofreading and editing, each priced by the unit stated on /pricing/ (per word, per page, per hour, or per audio-minute). Prices are shown ex-IVA with the IVA-inclusive figure alongside; Spain's standard 21% IVA rate is added and itemised at checkout. A minimum order fee of €35.00 (ex-IVA) applies to per-word orders below that value. For EU business clients providing a valid VAT number, the intra-EU reverse-charge mechanism may apply instead of Spanish IVA — confirm your VAT status with us before ordering if this applies to you.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed by adding a service to the cart and completing checkout, including payment. Order details (language pair, deadline, delivery method, and any options) are confirmed at checkout; documents themselves are sent by email after ordering, to support@translatesens.com, quoting your order reference, as explained at the order-details step.
4. Delivery
Digital delivery is by PDF to the email address you provide, within the turnaround shown for your service at the time of order. Certified hard-copy delivery by post is available as a paid option (+€9.50 within Spain, +€18.00 within the EU) and is added to the digital turnaround. Interpreting bookings are delivered in person or by call/video at the confirmed date, time and location.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007. Where you ask us to begin work before that period ends, you expressly consent to performance starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; if only partly performed, you will be charged proportionately for the part carried out. This consent is captured explicitly at the review step of checkout.
7. Confidentiality
Documents and information you provide are handled under GDPR and our Privacy Policy, seen only by the translator or interpreter working on your order, and used solely to deliver that order.
8. Liability
We take reasonable professional care in every translation and interpreting assignment. Where a translation error is reported within 14 days of delivery, we will correct or re-do the affected work free of charge, or issue a proportionate refund if the error cannot be remedied (see the Refund Policy). Beyond this remedy, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under Spanish law (e.g. for wilful misconduct or gross negligence). We are not liable for a receiving authority's decision to accept or reject a document — the accreditation and accuracy are ours to guarantee; a third party's discretionary acceptance is not.
9. Intellectual property
Translated content is provided for the client's use for the purpose stated in the order. We retain no ownership claim over your original documents. Where we produce original marketing copy (e.g. under the Business & Website Localisation service), rights transfer to you on full payment.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that apply in your favour. Consumers may also access the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
