Request
Send your document, or tell us what you need translated or interpreted, through the site or by contacting us directly.
Confirm scope & price
We confirm exactly what's involved, the price with IVA shown, and the turnaround — before any work starts.
Translate / certify
Your translator works on the document; sworn orders are signed and stamped by a MAEC-appointed sworn translator.
Deliver
You receive a digital PDF by default, or a certified hard copy by post if you've added that option.
For sworn translations specifically:
- Submit a clear scan or photo
- Jurada certification by a MAEC-appointed sworn translator
- Signed and stamped delivery, digital or by post

What we need from you

Confidential by default. Every document you send is handled under GDPR, seen only by the translator working on it, and never shared beyond what your order requires.
